One-on-One Individual Exercise CoachingOne-on-one Exercise Performance Coaching sessions are typically conducted over the phone or skype, with email support available between sessions. The first session starts with a discussion of exercise and health goals, exercise and health history, and an assessment of the barriers or obstacles that may impact the achievement of your goals.
Each subsequent session will then include the development of new strategies and learning new tools to help you achieve your goals. Topics frequently discussed include: how to develop a realistic exercise/health plan, making the healthy choice the easy choice, identifying and overcoming roadblocks, coping with relapse, finding support in your environment, managing stress, and maintaining motivation. Some clients start to see results after the first two or three sessions. However, you can expect that 6-12 sessions might be needed to fully address your goals and to see long-lasting change. |
In-person sessions available for in the Upstate New York, Ithaca and Finger Lakes Region. Phone and Skype coaching sessions are available and is preferred by most most clients as it allows for flexibility when traveling, competing and working. I work with clients in the throughout the United States and Internationally.

Exercise Performance WorkshopsWorkshops for groups, workplaces and fitness facilities are also available in one, two hour, or half day formats. Topics include: Becoming active and healthy, Maintaining motivation, Navigating challenges to your health goals, Managing stress and pressure, Being the health leader and role model in your family.
